    Now that I know how to *really* do pilates with all the attention to the form like I learned with you, I cannot go back to any pilates class where they aren't giving that! It's really depressing (and I feel that people can hurt themselves in those classes :/) Thank you Gretchen and will do some of these videos for old times' sake!
